Bio:
Hank Owen has been practicing law since 1976 when he was admitted to the S.C. Bar. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the S.C. Bar Association, and he is a past President of the York County Bar Association. He graduated from Clemson University in 1973 and the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1976. He specializes in all aspects of real estate law with an emphasis on Residential and Commercial Real Estate Closings, Refinancing, Real Estate Development and Title Insurance Matters. He also handles Wills and other Probate Court Matters, General Business Law, and General Contract Issues. He has served as attorney for the Clover School District Board since 1981.
