Bio:
Al Haselden has been in practice in Clover since his admission to the S.C. Bar in 1975. He is a 1971 graduate of Clemson University and a 1975 graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the S.C. Bar Association, York County Bar Association, South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice. His focus is on claims and litigation involving personal injury, wrongful death, negligence, insurance claims, business disputes, unfair trade practices, trespass, worker’s compensation, condemnation and other civil matters. He also practices in the Family Court. He is a Certified Family Court Mediator and Certified Civil Circuit Court Mediator. He has served as Town Attorney for the Town of Clover since 1978.
